Refund policy

Contact us at support@natemia.com within 14 calendar days after receiving your package in order to qualify for a refund/exchange. To receive a refund/exchange all items must be in their original packaging- unworn, unwashed, and in unaltered condition with all tags attached. 
Original shipping charges are not refunded and customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.  In order to qualify for a refund/exchange you must mail the unworn merchandise back within 14 days. We can not issue a refund on items that have been lost in the mail. Please be sure to keep your tracking number.

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect your item and then process a refund. We’ll process the return within five business days. The credit back to your account can take an additional five business days, depending on your method of payment. We’ll notify you via email when your return has been processed.
