A super soft towel big enough for a toddler

My toddler started outgrowing her original hooded towels from when she was a baby, so I found this towel. It’s so soft and big enough to last her for years!

Disappointing customer service

I can’t comment on the quality of item as it was bought for a baby registry. However immediately after ordering I requested cancelation as the item had already been bought by another guest. The next day I received notice that the order had shipped with no response to my request to cancel the order. I sent a follow up message, still no response. Very disappointed overall with the experience with Natemia.
